Delay and Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask our esteemed clients to adhere to their appointments to ensure everyone has the opportunity to benefit from our services. Please note, if you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled.
Prepaid Sessions Policy
We offer flexible packages for prepaid physical therapy sessions tailored to your needs. We'd like to highlight the terms related to the prepaid sessions:
- Package of 6 to 10 sessions: If you’ve prepaid for a package of 6 to 10 sessions, they must be utilized within a maximum period of 3 months. We regret to inform you that refund requests cannot be entertained after this period has elapsed.
- Package of 20 sessions: If you’ve prepaid for a package of 20 sessions, they must be utilized within a maximum period of 6 months. Once again, we hope for your understanding as we cannot process refund requests after this period.
- In case of not wishing to continue the sessions: We understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, if you decide not to continue with the prepaid sessions, we will calculate the value of the sessions already conducted at the standard session price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
